Through the „Your Pet's Visit” form we collect: full name, phone number, email address and information about your dog (breed, weight, behaviour and vaccination details) and any other information you provide.

We may automatically process technical data (e.g. cookies) necessary for the site to work.

We process the data to arrange and handle a visit and to contact you back — based on steps taken before entering into a contract and on your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

Data may be entrusted to trusted IT providers supporting the website and form: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.

We keep submission data for as long as necessary to handle the visit and contact, then until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised, no longer than required by law.
