Through the „Your Pet's Visit” form we collect: full name, phone number, email address and information about your dog (breed, weight, behaviour and vaccination details) and any other information you provide.

We automatically process technical data necessary for the site to work (e.g. storing your cookie choice). We also count clicks on selected buttons (e.g. “Call”, “WhatsApp”) — storing only the button name and page address, with no IP address and no identifiers.

We process the data to arrange and handle a visit and to contact you back — based on steps taken before entering into a contract and on your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

Data may be entrusted to service providers who process it only on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and anonymous visit and performance statistics — Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, without cookies), Supabase Inc. (form submissions database) and Resend Inc. (email delivery).

Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only after you give consent in the cookie banner; the YouTube player and Google Maps only after you click a video or the “Show map” button. Until then the site does not connect to Google servers.

Some providers (Google, Vercel, Supabase, Resend) are based in the USA or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep submission data for as long as necessary to handle the visit and contact, then until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised, no longer than required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Necessary (no consent required): kc_cookie_consent (browser storage) — stores your cookie banner choice; kc_popup_shown and kc_teo_peeked (session storage, cleared when you close the tab) — so the contact pop-up and the Teo animation appear at most once.

Analytics (only with your consent): _ga and _ga_8RRXB765L9 — Google Analytics 4, kept for up to 2 years.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
