Salon rules

Dear Client! We want every visit to our salon to be a pleasure for both your pet and you. To provide the best service, we've prepared a few rules that help us care for your needs smoothly and comfortably.

1. Booking visits

  • Visits take place by prior appointment. You can book by phone at 696 413 022 or online.
  • Please arrive on time. If something comes up and you're running late, let us know as soon as possible – we'll find a solution together.
  • If you're more than 15 minutes late, the visit may need to be rescheduled. If lateness disrupts our work, it may involve extra costs – but we'll try to be flexible!

2. Preparing your pet

  • For a smooth visit, it's worth walking your dog before coming to the salon – it will feel more comfortable and calm.
  • Try not to feed your pet right before the visit to avoid discomfort during grooming. Your dog should be healthy and free of parasites. If we find fleas or ticks, we'll have to charge an extra salon-disinfection fee – for the safety of other animals.
  • If your pet's coat is heavily matted, we may suggest extra de-matting. The price is agreed individually, on site, after seeing the dog.

3. Your pet's health and wellbeing

  • Please inform us of any health issues – allergies, skin conditions, lumps, behavioural problems or anything else that may matter.
  • For everyone's safety, your pet should have an up-to-date rabies vaccination – we may ask to see the certificate.
  • We don't use any sedatives. If your pet is very stressed, we'll do everything we can to help, but sometimes grooming may need to be stopped for its wellbeing.

4. Your pet's behaviour during the visit

  • If your dog can be aggressive or very anxious, let us know in advance – we'll prepare accordingly. In exceptional cases we may decline the service.
  • We usually work with dogs without the owner present – this helps them calm down faster and cooperate better with the groomer. If in doubt, talk to us and we'll explain everything!

5. Picking up your pet

  • Please pick up your pet at the agreed time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, an extra pet-care fee may apply.

6. Prices and payments

  • The cost depends on the breed, size and coat condition. We agree the price before grooming so everything is clear.
  • You can pay by cash or card – whichever is more convenient.

7. Comments and corrections

  • If you notice anything that needs fixing, let us know at pick-up – we'll handle it right away. After leaving the salon we can no longer make changes.

8. Rescheduling or cancelling

  • Life can be unpredictable, so please let us know about a change or cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. This lets us plan time for other clients.

9. Pet photos

  • Sometimes the styling turns out so lovely that we'd like to share it on our social media. If you don't agree, simply let us know – we'll respect your decision.
